Teaching Young Learners
Teaching English to young learners is quite a hard task for foreign language teachers unless they are equipped with the appropriate techniques and material. They also should keep in mind many aspects, such as age, material, interest, level, intelligence, time, and physical conditions in the classroom… etc. If teachers don’t use the appropriate teaching methods to teach English to young learners like games, songs and storytelling, the achievement of learning process may not work well. In this workshop, we are going to spotlight some of the effective techniques which help the teachers (esp. the novice teachers) to make the motivational aspect helps the pedagogical one.
