Meaning:
A children’s rhyme used for choosing a person or thing. The child saying the rhyme points to each person or thing in turn on each beat of the rhyme and the person or thing pointed to on the last ‘mo’ is chosen. Different words are sometimes used instead of tigger and hollers . The words are:

Eeny meeny miney mo,
Catch a tigger (= tiger) by his toe;
If he hollers (= shouts), let him go,
