- Complete the connections of new wells within the deadlines, with the required quality, safely, and within the approved budgets.
- Implement modifications to production facilities requested by other operational structures (EXPL – ENPR).
- Ensure the repair of corroded pipeline networks by subcontractors.
- Establish schedules for the execution of project works.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of subcontracting contracts, in compliance with deadlines, costs, safety and required quality.
- Ensure the monitoring and supervision of project execution works.
- Guarantee the optimization of allocated resources.
- Ensure compliance with standards, rules, and laws regarding industrial construction and the environment.
- Distribute tasks among engineers.
- Develop the various specifications related to the activity.
- Manage the documentation and archives related to new works.
- Ensure the establishment and follow-up of supply requests for installation materials.
- Ensure the analysis and technical evaluation of supplier material offers.
- Manage the assigned vehicle fleet.
- Guarantee the development and training of collaborators.
- Conduct activities in a healthy and safe operational environment.
- Respect the GSA HSE policy and ensure its implementation in activities under their responsibility and authority.
- Ensure that the team is adequately trained in HSE matters by reporting any training needs according to HSE IMS procedures (particularly the one on HSE training).
- Report any anomalies, incidents, accidents, and HSE non-compliance to the hierarchy.
- Propose any suggestions for improving the HSE approach to the hierarchy.

- University degree (Master's level, Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in the field.
- Proficiency in HSE standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in English and French.
