مسابقة 400 رئيس مصلحة استشفائية تكرس ''شيخوخة'' الصحة ​

أفرجت وزارتا الصحة والتعليم العالي، عن مسابقة لتعيين 400 رئيس مصلحة استشفائية، وحدد يوم 30 مارس الجاري، آخر أجل لإيداع الملفات، على أن يتم تنظيم العملية على مرحلتين، الأولى تشمل حوالي 270 منصب من مختلف التخصصات، غير أن المنشور الخاص بالمسابقة، لم يحدد شرط السن، ما اعتبره الاستشفائيون الجامعيون نية أخرى لتكريس ''شيخوخة'' القطاع.​

ضبط المنشور الوزاري المشترك الذي تحصلت ''الخبر'' على نسخة منه، معايير وشروط المشاركة في المسابقة الوطنية الخاصة برؤساء المصالح الاستشفائية، التي ينتظرها الاستشفائيون الجامعيون منذ أكثر من سنتين، لرفع ''الاحتكار'' عن القطاع ومنح الفرصة للمعنيين الشباب ممن تتوفر فيهم الكفاءات المطلوبة. ويأتي قرار تنظيم المسابقة التي ستسمح بتعيين حوالي 400 رئيس مصلحة موزعين على المستشفيات العمومية المنتشرة عبر الوطن، بعد أن تم تجميدها في عهد وزير الصحة السابق جمال ولد عباس، بسبب عدم وجود قرار وزاري مشترك بين قطاعي الصحة والتعليم العالي، يسمح بإنشاء مصالح استشفائية على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية، كونها تقوم، إضافة إلى العلاج المتخصص، بتأطير وتعليم الطلبة وإجراء البحوث العلمية، قبل أن يأمر الوزير زياري، بتنصيب لجنة تحضير المسابقة بإشراك ممثلين عن الاستشفائيين الجامعيين.​

وإن كان المنشور الجديد، قد أسقط شرط تقييد المترشحين، بخمس أطروحات أو منشورات علمية، من خلال فتح الباب أمام عدد غير محدد يتم على أساسه تقييم كفاءاتهم، إلاّ أنه لم يراع المطلب الرئيسي الذي ظل يطالب به الاستشفائيون الجامعيون وكان سببا في العديد من الاحتجاجات. ويتعلق الأمر بشرط السن، حيث لم تقرّ مصالح وزارتي الصحة والتعليم العالي، سنا محددا، من شأنه رفع الاحتكار على منصب رئيس مصلحة، كونه ظل مقتصرا على أساتذة تجاوز سنهم الستين.
