بالرغم من أن الأسئله سهله قليل من الطلاب كان قادرا على حلها
so its mean = not many

ex : although the question were difficult a few student were able to answer
بالرغم من أن الاسئله كانت صعبه بعض الطلاب تمكن من حلها
so its mean = at least some
