guiding star

[mekpride]

this is one of my favorite poems that i wrote
i wrote it for some one dear to me
someone i really love
and i hope someday will know and see that ​

GUIDING STAR​

i was lost.........i was drowning
in the oceans of darkness
i was feeling hopeless
careless and lifeless
i was starting to give up
till
something suddenly came up
it was a shinig star
in the empty vice dark sky
it looked away so far
but
it gaves me the strengh
the will.the power to survive
it showed me the way to safe land
it opened my eyes to understand
that life somehow also can be bland
it cleared them from the gloomy sand
from now on i dont have to pretend
i m gonna say it for out loud i m a happy man
cz before u
i was like a sinking ship
in the dark open seas of life
without an aim to strive
i was simply lost before u
cz after u
i saw the rising sun of new day
i saw the port of the safety bay
i found my own way in life
i found the happyness thats rife
&
that's why i m calling u my
"Guiding Star"​
