i'm writing to ask you for advice and some solution to my problem .if you can help me
i will introduce my self .....im.....years old i'm a student in a secondary school .i live with my family .......ect .i find my self in a dilema and i have no one to turn to
my problem is about the moment of exams .i get nervous and very scraid my
hands swats and i can't think very well. however i study hard and this is return on
my answers & marks negatively .i will be very great full
if you help me !
